JOB TITLE Order to Cash Analyst
REPORTS TO: Order to Cash Assistant Manager / Order to Cash Team Leader
FUNCTION: Finance
SUB FUNCTION: Order to Cash
CITY & COUNTRY: Bucharest, Romania
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Senior Order to Cash Analyst will perform specific Order to Cash activities as per the internal guidelines and Task level description in a timely and consistent manner as per the agreement with relevant end market stakeholders and his line manage and by adhering to the specific controls framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations.
- Provide support for Subject Matter Experts and Team Leader for Order to Cash specific activities.
- Maintain a close relationship with the end market/customers.
- Ensure all controls are in place as per the agreed SLA’s and internal procedures.
- Assist in the identification of continuous improvements to the GBS Order to Cash processes.
- Work closely with other GBS functions.
- Assist in training new colleagues to reduce process mistakes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Responding to EM queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Makes effort to acquire/ learn further skills / knowledge for personal development;
- Support the activities in scope for migration to be moved into shared service, in line with the migration framework and plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Good knowledge of MsOffice, Excel
- English (reading, spoken and written) fluent level
- Problem solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Critical thinking.
- Attention to details
- Process improvement and results oriented mindset.
- Customer oriented attitude
- Solid understanding of FMCG business
- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals.
