We are looking for a motivated and driven Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our strategy, drive product development to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional Platform Business Domain where we are testing and launching new business models. Your work directly contributes to writing the FLIX growth story and shapes the future of mobility.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Your main goal is to create and drive excellence in our operational setup that helps us scale our business globally with minimal resource investment.
- You own the process for onboarding and maintaining partners to our platform and thereby contribute directly to our revenue and inventory growth.
- You find process flaws and room for improvement in a cross-functional set up.
- You build strong relationships with Business Development Managers in all our country organizations and identify their and their partners' needs.
- You are the expert user of our internal tools and work closely with our Tech team and UI/UX designer to enable new business opportunities, resolve technical issues, and improve the customer experience.
- You drive defining and investigating new requirements and features for our development teams.

- You have initial working experience in topics like process improvement, product development, business casing, customer success and stakeholder management.
- You can set your own goals and structure your work to meet them.
- You are a thorough and detail-oriented person.
- You strive to make data-based decisions for the questions you face.

- You love an international environment and are a team player.
- You are fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
