JUNIOR STOREMAN & MAINTENANCE BUYER
- Start date: ASAP
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday : 7AM - 5PM
- Buying of spares for the maintenance department
- Maintaining stock levels - MRQ
- Driving - Collections, deliveries, and follow-ups with external suppliers
- Administration - Filing, taking invoices upstairs to finance
- Shop ware - setup and maintain
- Scales register, maintain and schedule
- Hoist register, maintain and schedule
- Fire extinguishers, maintain and schedule
- Maintenance PPE, collection, and distribution
- Pest control, maintain and schedule
- Liaison with suppliers
- Cost saving, Maintenance budget and Order tracker spreadsheets
- Daily readings
- Monthly readings email photos and readings out
- COD payments daily/weekly – mostly maintenance
- Assistance with creditor recons – follow up on payments made and invoices etc.
- Purchasing of ad-hoc items – coffee/toilet paper etc.
- Assistance with sample taking for effluent by JWater
- Health and safety responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
