Trainee transport team (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Support transport team in every phase of transport process such as:
- Quotation request.
- Transport arrangement.
- Transport documents issuance: Packing List, Invoice, Customs certificates, etc.
- Transport purchase order creation in SAP.
- Transport invoices management in SAP.
- Communications with customers and logistics suppliers.
- Coordination with internal departments.
- Development of performance reports.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable.
- Previous experience in logistics is prefarable.
- MS Office skills, especially very good Excel skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work in different business cultures.
- High motivation and flexibility.
- Independent, structured and determined way of working.
- Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
