    • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate on company-wide HR strategies, shaping growth and engagement plans aligned with overall goals.
    • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives enhancing capabilities, solutions, and efficiency across the organization, while evaluating development program effectiveness.
    • Change Management and Transformation: Guide seamless integration of new practices, working cross-functionally on transformative changes.
    • Talent Management and Succession Planning: Drive talent strategies, recognizing potential leaders and fostering growth through personalized plans.
    • Performance Enhancement and Culture: Establish a culture of excellence by aligning performance with goals, while enhancing overall workplace engagement.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics to improve initiatives, producing comprehensive reports for senior management.
    • Leadership: Development and ensure successful implementation of the leadership development initiatives in alignment with business strategies.
    • Team Development: Mentor HR team, creating an environment of growth and innovation while promoting collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male / Female, Age 30 – 40 years old
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • At least 5 years experience in field.
    • Special Skill or Knowledge :
    • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, strategies, and organizational development.
    • Familiarity with change management principles and talent management strategies.
    • Knowledge of modern HR interventions.
    • Experience in designing and implementing successful organization development programs.
    • Exposure to change management strategies and HR interventions.
    • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong data analytic skills and excel proficiency.
    • Good communicate in English.
