What will you be experiencing at Colgate-Palmolive
Supply Chain Trainee Program is a 2 years program focusing on developing both functional and leadership competencies. You will be exposed to multiple roles in diverse functions at our Bangpakong Global Manufacturing Site (Located in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi). This program will provide continuous coaching sessions that can develop your strengths by working closely with senior management team
Program Outcome and your future with us.
Throughout the program, your performance and potential will be assessed to seek your career growth as part of our team.
Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor or Master degree holder in the following area:
=> Engineering : Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Data, System, Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Production.
=> Science : Chemical, HR, Computer.
0-3 years’ experience.GPA not required but need to be able to show the high level of Intellectual, Knowledgeable in his or her Expertise area and Fast learner.
Growth Mindset with analytical skill and good team player.
Good communication in English: Minimum TOEIC Score: 700 (Valid result)
