Executive Assistant [Pakistan]


 

Responsibilities:

§ Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

§ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

§ Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals.

§ Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive team members.

§ Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking and budget management.

§ Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion at all times.

§ Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

§ Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

§ Be available over the phone outside of working hours as and when required.

§ Perform additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

§ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

§ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

§ Proficient in MS Office

§ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

§ Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

§ Detail-oriented mind-set and a high level of accuracy.

§ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

§ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

§ Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
