Whilst most guests are counting sheep, we need to count the day’s figures, host the night owls and keep the house in order as safety and comfort is our number one priority!Key Responsibilities of Night Manager:
- You enjoy delivering service and you want to participate in creating memorable moments for our guests
- Performs night audit duties as well as other administrative tasks
- Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
- Achieves departmental targets for guest satisfaction, room revenue and company initiatives and promotions by supervising the Front Office operation
- Motivates the Front Office team and focuses on improving and increasing service delivery efficiency
- Responsible for the safety and security of staff and guests during shifts
Requirements of Night Manager:
- Reception experience is a plus but not a requirement
- A positive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
- Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
- Responsible and reliable
- Fluent in English both spoken and written. Danish is a plus but not a requirement.

Working hours are 22:45-07:30, five days per week
