About the Role
Reporting to our Best Care & Experience Manager, the Consumer Experience Team Leader will lead a highly committed and professional administration team to ensure our consumers receive a friendly and seamless experience when accessing our health service and support the growth of our consulting suites.

About You

If you have the following this position will be a great fit for you:

  • Formal qualifications in administration, business, or frontline management or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting a small team of staff, healthcare-focused would be an advantage
  • Competent skills using Microsoft Office products and electronic medical systems such as iPM, Uniti, or Genie
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to support Medical Imagining Bookings
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills to make sure we provide excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Capacity and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing environments

The above abilities would be fantastic, however, we can provide support and development in the various areas of this position, and the most important thing is that you have excellent people skills, are consumer focused and care that we provide an excellent service to our community.
